  1. What time can I check in/out? Check in after 2pm and check out before 11am. If the apartment was free the night before you arrive, or if the previous visitors leave early, you may be able to check in earlier. Contact us prior to your arrival to arrange the possibility of an early check in.
  2. Do you offer storage for bags? If you are not leaving Krakow until after check out, you can store your bags at our office on Ul. Cybulskiego 2

  4. Do I pay for the entire apartment or per person? The price charged is for the apartment, up to the number of people it will conveniently accommodate, which is displayed on its specifications. If the apartment can accommodate additional people, for example with the use of a sofa bed, there will be an additional charge of between 0-40 Pln per person.
  5. Can you provide a cot? Yes, please contact us and we can make a cot available for your stay at the charge of 40 per night..
  6. Is car parking provided? Many of our apartments have on street parking, secure parking, or nearby secure parking facilities. Please also check on the apartment directions as this contains information about nearby parking. If you require parking, please let us know and we may be able to provide it for a small surcharge.  
  7. Which currencies do you accept for payment? We accept most major credit card as well as cash payments in PLN,
  8. Is breakfast included? We do not provide breakfast, however you can self-cater as all our apartments have kitchens facilities. Alternatively, we can recommend cafes nearby which serve inexpensive and hearty breakfasts. We can also provide a welcome pack with general foodstuffs if required for a small additional fee. 
  9. How secure are the apartments? All our apartments are new, modernized and renovated and of high standard in terms of security. Apartment buildings always have an external door which is locked at all times, and for which you will be provided with a key. Most of our apartments have 24 hr security/concierge
  10. Do the apartments have telephones? Apartments are not typically supplied with telephones. Many of our apartment do however have wifi internet which can be used with phone services such as skype. If you require an apartment with a telephone, please let us know and we can suggest a suitable apartment.  
  11. What is included in the price? We clean all apartments prior to the arrival of new guests, and provide fresh linen and towels. Our apartments are designed to be self-contained, meaning everything will be provided in the apartment. Check the detailed list provided for each apartment for more information. VAT and tourist taxes are also included.
  12. Are the apartments served by lifts? Most of our apartments do have lifts which are hard to find in the old town. Please consult the details of each apartment for information about which floor it is located on and whether the building has a lift or email us and we can suggest suitable apartments. You can also
  13. Are pets allowed? Unfortunately, our apartments have a no pets policy in accordance with the request of our apartment owners.
  14. What happens if I accidentally damage the short let apartment? If you damage the apartment during your visit, or break any significant items, you will be charged. Charges are made in a fair manner to rectify the damage, or to replace the broken object. Charges will be made to your credit card if you have booked using this method, but we will notify you first.
  15. Can you organize airport transfers? Yes, please notify us when you make your booking and this can be arranged.   16. What is the process for reserving, booking and paying for and apartment rental? Our preferred payment method is for you to immediately confirm your booking by paying a 25% booking deposit using our online credit card booking system. You can also reserve an apartment for a period of 3 days, and during this period, can pay by credit card over the phone or by another payment method. If you don't pay the deposit within 3 days, your reservation will be automatically removed from our booking system. Within 14 days of arrival, reservations of only 3 days are accepted, and within 5 days of arrival, we can only accept immediate payment of the 25% deposit to confirm your booking.
  17. What is the process for check in? Within approximately 1 hour of your arrival at the apartment, please call or text our representative on the contact numbers provided on your receipt, so that we can meet you at the apartment. Normally check in time is after 2.00 pm, however, if the apartment is ready, you may check in earlier. You will be required to pay the balance of the rental fee on arrival at the apartment, although this can be deducted automatically if you have made a credit card booking.
  18. How often are the apartments cleaned? The apartments are cleaned before your arrival. If you will be staying more than one week, then your apartment will be cleaned weekly during your stay - normally between 11am-4pm to avoid any inconvenience.
  19. What languages do you speak? English and Polish.
  20. Are discounts for longer stays available? Most apartments offer a discounted rate for bookings of one week or more, in addition to last minute discounts. If you wish to make a medium or longer term rental, please give us a call or email us and we will be happy to negotiate a rate with you.
  21. What happens if I lose a set of keys? We charge a fixed amount of 100 Pln for the replacement of misplaced keys.
  22. Is it possible to smoke in the apartments? We operate a strict non-smoking policy, though some of our apartments have a balcony where it is permitted to smoke. You will incur a cleaning charge if you smoke inside the apartments.
