Apartment lease back scheme

Do you own an apartment in Krakow that you would like to rent to us?

If your apartment meets the requirements listed below, then we are always interested in adding to our portfolio of rental properties.

Requirements:

  • The apartment must be situated within a maximum of 7-8 minutes walk from Krakow's old town
  • The apartment must be renovated or in good condition in a building which is also of a high standard.
  • The apartment must be fully furnished and 'ready to go' for holiday rental. We can provide a list of minimum specifications on request.
